【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61249givesrequirementsforpropertiesofprepregthatismainlyintendedtobeusedasbondingsheetsinconnectionwithlaminatesaccordingtoIEC61249-2-7whenmanufacturingmultilayerboardsinlinewithIEC62326-4.Thismaterialmaybealsousedtobondothertypesoflaminates.Prepregaccordingtothisstandardisofdefinedflammability(verticalburningtest).Theflammabilityratingonfullycuredprepregisachievedthroughtheuseofbrominatedfireretardantscontainedasanintegralpartofthepolymericstructure.Afterlaminationaccordingtothesupplier’sinstructions,theglasstransitiontemperatureisdefinedasbeing120°Cminimum.
