【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61851appliestoequipmentforchargingelectricroadvehiclesatstandarda.c.supplyvoltages(asperIEC60038)upto690Vandatd.c.voltagesupto1000V,andforprovidingelectricalpowerforanyadditionalservicesonthevehicleifrequiredwhenconnectedtothesupplynetwork.Theaspectscoveredincludecharacteristicsandoperatingconditionsofthesupplydeviceandtheconnectiontothevehicle;operatorsandthirdpartyelectricalsafety;andthecharacteristicstobecompliedwithbythevehiclewithrespecttothea.c./d.c.EVSE,onlywhentheEVisearthed.NOTE1ClassIIvehiclesarenotexcluded,butthelackofinformationonthistypeofvehiclemeansthattherequirementsforthestandardareunavailableatpresent.NOTE2ThisstandardappliestoEVSEwithon-sitestoragecapability.NOTE3Requirementsforspecificinlet,connector,plugandsocket-outletsforEVsarealsounderconsideration.Theyshallbeincorporatedinaseparatestandard(intheIEC60309series)whencomplete.Thisstandarddoesnotcoverallsafetyaspectsrelatedtomaintenance.Thisstandardisnotapplicabletotrolleybuses,railvehicles,industrialtrucksandvehiclesdesignedprimarilyforuseoff-road.
