【摘要】:Thistestmethod,whenappliedtoaerospacetransparenciesofeithermonolithicglass/plasticorlaminatedcombinations,isameasureoftheabilityofthetransparencytowithstandtheeffectsofartificiallyinducedenvironments.Thetestmaybeusedonconfigurationsemployingelectricallyconductivecoatings,andalsotoevaluatetheintegrityofnoncoatedmaterials.Theresistanceofthetransparentenclosuretoenvironmentaleffectsmayvaryappreciablydependingonthesize,geometry,materialofconstruction,coatingintegrity,coatingdensity,andotherfactors.1.1Thistestmethodcoversdeterminationoftheeffectsofexposuretothermalshock,condensinghumidity,andsimulatedweatheronaerospacetransparentenclosures.1.2Thistestmethodisnotrecommendedforqualitycontrolnorisitintendedtoprovideacorrelationtoactualservicelife.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.3.1Exceptions8212;Certaininch-poundunitsarefurnishedinparentheses(notmandatory)andcertaintemperaturesinFahrenheitassociatedwithotherstandardsarealsofurnished.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
